Meat and fish dishes represent the majority of our menu choices, these include carefully selected rib roast beef as a carvery, grass fed sirloin steaks, a trio of sausages or consider line caught tuna steaks, Cornish lobster and spicey black tiger prawns. There is so much to choose from we can't possibly list it all, wether you choose a suggested menu or design a bespoke event with us it's really your event, your choice.

Many vegetarian dishes are increadibly tasty and satisfying when they are carefully put together. Yes there is a skill in balancing the herbs and spices as in all great cooking, but starting with really fresh ingredients picked at their best is the key, then what stunning dishes you can make. I actually feel priveleged to work in an environment where we grow an increasing range of produce ourselves and using carefully selected suppliers who deliver produce that has recieved the same care. Talk to our food specialist or chefs for a mouthwatering run down on what will be in season for your event and potential dishes. I think you will be delighted and yes, I'm proud of all our dishes but our vegetarian dishes really rock!"

Most restaraunts and caterers offer a token Vegan meal in their menus, however, we believe in a propper choice. Over the last four years our food specialist and trained chefs have been really busy creating Vegan dishes, many with international inspiration. Our expertise has grown hand in hand with the Vegan community through feedback and their increasing consumption of our meals. As with our Vegetarian cousine, several of our Vegan dishes have been so well received, our meat eating clients have requested them as main courses at events.

Made fresh to pre-orders these dishes are prepped, stored, transported and cooked in an environment segregated from our other meals.
